How long does shipping take?
Shipping will be upto 1-3 business days. We will be offering Next day delivery as we expand.

Do you offer returns?
Yes, we have a 14 days return policy on all items except for underwear/swimwear and jewellery.

How long after I order will the item be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Do items come with original tags?
Yes, all items come with original tags, please do not remove original tags if planning to return item.

What do I do if the item comes damaged?
The items all go through quality and control checks before being shipped. We document the condition of each item so this should not be a problem.

What happens if I don’t return on time?
Unfortunately you have 14 days to return the item. We do not except items sent to us after the return period.
